Privacy Policy
Elementfall Lab stores gameplay settings and save data locally on your device. The current release does not actively serve ads, but we plan to integrate the TopOn overseas advertising SDK and mediation partners such as AdMob, Mintegral, and Pangle in future versions. If and when those advertising services are enabled, this policy and the corresponding app store privacy declarations will apply to that ad-related data processing.
1. Who We Are
We are the publisher and developer of Elementfall Lab (hereinafter referred to as "the App", "we", "us", "our").
For legal inquiries and privacy-related contact, you may reach us via the developer contact email displayed on the Google Play Store app page.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of this App worldwide, including users from the European Economic Area, the United States, and other regions.
2. Information We Collect
We do not intentionally collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personally identifiable information from users.
We do not require account registration, and we never request your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, payment information, advertising ID, or any sensitive personal data.
Only the following non-personal gameplay data is stored locally on your device only:
- App language and interface preferences.
- Audio settings, including music and sound effects volume.
- Gameplay configuration, brush settings, and hint display options.
- Local game saves, sandbox canvas status, selected elements/tools, and app running state.
All local data stays on your device and will not be uploaded to any of our servers.
3. App Permissions
The Android build may include declared permissions such as Internet, Network State, and Wi-Fi State, which are automatically included by the Cocos Creator engine template.
In the current release, we do not actively use these permissions for user tracking, analytics, advertisement delivery, crash reporting, cloud backup, or general data uploading activities beyond normal platform operation.
If a future release enables the planned TopOn advertising SDK and mediated ad networks such as AdMob, Mintegral, Pangle, or other advertising partners, certain network-related permissions may be used to request, load, display, measure, and secure advertising content.
4. Third-Party Services
The current release does not actively enable third-party advertising SDKs. However, we plan to integrate the TopOn overseas advertising SDK in future versions, including mediation support for advertising partners such as AdMob, Mintegral, Pangle, and other networks that may be added later.
If advertising is enabled in a future release, TopOn and its mediated advertising partners may process device and advertising-related information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP-based regional information, app interaction events, ad impression and click events, fraud prevention signals, approximate diagnostics, and other data reasonably required to request, deliver, optimize, attribute, and measure ads in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The App is developed based on the Cocos Creator runtime framework for normal game operation. Cocos Creator itself is not intended in this release to independently upload player personal data for our own business use.
When you download the App from Google Play, the platform itself may collect installation statistics, device information, and crash diagnostics under Google's own privacy policy. We have no control over platform-level data processing. The same applies to any future advertising partners when they are actually enabled in a release build.
5. How We Use Local Data
Local gameplay data is only used for the following legitimate purposes:
- Retain your settings across app restarts.
- Save and load your local sandbox scenes.
- Maintain normal game running and user experience.
If advertising is enabled in a future version, advertising-related data may also be used by TopOn and its mediated partners to provide ad delivery, frequency control, anti-fraud protection, ad performance measurement, and ad personalization or non-personalized ad serving according to your region, platform rules, and available consent settings.
We will never use any data for user profiling, cross-app tracking, targeted advertising, or commercial resale to third parties.
6. Data Sharing & Sale
We do not sell, trade, lease, or share any user personal data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or external third parties.
If advertising is enabled in a future version, limited device and ad-request data may be shared with TopOn and its mediated advertising partners, such as AdMob, Mintegral, Pangle, and related ad demand or measurement providers, solely for advertising operation, delivery, attribution, fraud prevention, and reporting. Such processing will be governed by the applicable third-party privacy policies and platform consent requirements.
Local game data will never leave your device unless you manually back up or transfer data via your own system functions.
7. Data Retention & User Right to Delete
All local settings and game saves are stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
You have the full right to view, clear, and delete all local app data at any time via:
- Device system Settings → Apps → Elementfall Lab → Storage → Clear Data.
- Directly uninstalling the App.
We do not retain any user data on our servers at all.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
This App is intended for general audiences and is not targeted to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have received information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such data as soon as possible.
9. Security
Since no user personal data is collected or transmitted to our servers, all local data is protected by your own device security system. We adopt minimal data collection design to reduce privacy risks. No electronic storage method is 100% secure, but we commit to protecting user privacy to the fullest extent.
10. International Data Transfer
This App serves global users. As we do not collect or store user personal data on overseas servers, no international data transfer is required. Platform-level data processing by Google Play is subject to Google's own privacy terms.
11. Your Legal Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are located in the EU, California, or other regions with privacy laws, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your stored data.
- Right to deletion of app local data.
- Right to withdraw consent.
- Right to contact us for privacy inquiries.

12. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy when new app features, legal requirements, or platform rules change.
This includes updates made when the planned TopOn advertising SDK or additional mediated ad platforms are added, removed, or materially changed in a production release.
When updated, we will revise the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after policy updates means you accept the revised policy.
